The Luna Awards citers wind up their reviews of shortlisted films on Friday, January 17, with the last two films that are vying for nominations—10,000 Hours and Boy Golden…Shoot to Kill (The Arturo Porcuna Story), both entries to the last Metropolitan Manila Film Festival..

The citers resumed their reviews last Monday, January 13 with the films Badil and She’s the One. They are scheduled to review two films produced by Quantum Films—Instant Mommy and Sana Dati—on Wednesday, January 15, but the producer declined to lend their prints for review.

Last December, the citers were able to review 16 films. These included Boses by Ellen Ongkeko-Marfil, Tuhog by Veronica Velasco, OTJ by Erik Matti, Ikstra by Jeffrey Jeturian, Dance of the Steel Bar by Cesar Apolinario, It Takes a Man and a Woman by Cathy Garcia Molina, Transit by Hannah Espia, Alagwa by Ian Lorenos, Otso by Elwood Perez, Lauriana by Mel Chionglo, Bamboo Flowers by Maryo J. delos Reeyes, Sonta by Peque Gallaga, Lihis by Joel Lamangan, Ang Tagaraw ni Twinkle by Gil Portes, Ano ang Kulay ng Nakalimutang Pangarap by Jose Javier Reyes and Tinik by Romy Suzara.
