Guilds of the Film Academy of the Philippines must submit their official list of citers at the soonest possible time as viewing of films has been scheduled as early as January 24.

The Academy secretariat is now in the process of borrowing or acquiring DVD copies of films which have nominating prospects in the 12 official categories of the Luna Awards.

Citers, then nominators and finally voters will be viewing the films. The citers will submit their lists of at least ten possible nominees in their categories. The nominators will eventually trim the list down to at least five finalists which the voters will then vote upon tentatively in the fourth week of April. The awards night is set for April 28.
