Based on the filmographies of the films reviewed by the Film Academy of the Philippines citers, hereunder were the busiest film workers last year according to seven award categories:

(Note: Indie films which were not shown in a regular run in commercial cinemas are not included in this breakdown)

Direction
Adolfo Alix Jr. came up with three films (Karera, Muli and Romeo at Juliet) while five other directors chalked up two films apiece. The five directors were Wenn Deramas (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin and Hating Kapatid), Neal ‘Buboy’ Tan (Babae sa Sementeryo and Tarima), Dondon S. Santos (Noy and Dalaw), Toppel Lee (White House and Shake Rattle & Roll 12), and Jose Javier Reyes (Till My Heartaches End and Working Girls).

Screenplay
Aloy Adlawan topped the list with four projects (Shake Rattle & Roll 12, Super Inday and the Golden Bibe, White House and You to Me are Everything). Four scriptwriters had two films under their belt. They were Mel Mendoaza-del Rosario (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin and Hating Kapatid), Joel Mercado (Cinco and Dalaw), Bibeth Orteza (Father Jejemon and Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote) and Jose Javier Reyes (Till My Heartaches End and Working Girls).

Cinematography
Rodolfo Aves Jr. (Here Comes the Bride, Till My Heartaches End and Working Girls) and Albert Banzon (Karera, Muli and Romeo at Juliet) had three films each to top the list. With two films each were Manuel Tehankee (Miss You Like Crazy and Cinco), Lee Meily (Sa ‘Yo Lamang and Emir) and Louis Quirino (White House and Shake Rattle & Roll 12).

Production Design
Six production designers got two film assignments each. They were Danny Cristobas (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin and Hating Kapatid) Lesley Anne Padilla (Cinco and Miss You Like Crazy), Edgar Martin Littaua (In Your Eyes and Sa ‘Yo Lamang), Roland Rubenecia (Karera and Romeo at Juliet), Gerry Santos (Muli and Working Girls) and Mark Sabas (Shake Rattle & Roll 12 and White House)

Editing
Marya Ignacio was way ahead of the field with seven films (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin, Babe, I Love You, Cinco, Hating Kapatid, Miss You Like Crazy and Paano na Kaya?). The following had three films each: Renewin Alano (Dalaw, Noy and Shake Rattle & Roll 12), Tara Illenberger (I’ll Be There, In Your Eyes and Mga Kahihinatnan ng Aking Kabalbalan) and Jay Halili (Romeo at Juliet, Super Inday and the Golden Bibe and White House). Four editors had two films apiece. They were Charliebebs Gohetia (Bakal Boys and Sagrada Familia), Efren Jarlego (Father Jejemon and Sa ‘Yo Lamang), Ike Veneracion (Here Comes the Bride and The Red Shoes) and Chrisel Desuasido (Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote and Two Funerals).

Music Score
Topping the list was Von de Guzman with six films scored (Here Comes the Bride, In Your Eyes, Sa ‘Yo Lamang, White House, Shake Rattle & Roll 12 and You to Me are Everything). Jessie Lasaten had five to his credit (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin, Babe, I Love You, Miss You Like Crazy, Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote and The Red Shoes). Two had three films each: Jesse Lucas (I’ll Be There, Till My Heartaches End and Working Girls) and Teresa Barrozo (Karera, Romeo at Juliet and Bakal Boys). Cesar Francis Concio had two films (Cinco and Dalaw).

Sound
Albert Michael Idioma chalked up 9 film assignments (though some were in collaboration with other suund technicians). His films included Dalaw, Emir, Here Comes the Bride, I’ll Be There, Sa ‘Yo Lamang, Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote, Till My Heartaches End, Two Funerals and Working Girls. Aurel Bilbao had five films (Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin, Babe, I Love You, Cinco, Miss You Like Crazy and Paano na Kaya?) With four films apiece were Addis Tabong (Emir, Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote, Two Funerals and Working Girls) and Ditoy Aguila (In Your Eyes, Karera, Romeo at Juliet and Super Inday and the Golden Bibe). Lamberto Casas had three films (Shake Rattle & Roll 12, You to Me are Everything and White House).With two films each were Junel Valencia (Karera and Romeo at Juliet), Angie Reyes (Mga Kahihinatnan ng Aking Kabalbalan and Hating Kapatid) and Raymond Concepcion (Tarima and Babae sa Sementeryo).
