Application forms are now available for the housing project of film workers jointly undertaken by Senator Miguel Zubiri, the National Housing Authority, the Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Pelikulang Pilipino and the Directors’ Guild of the Philippines.
The forms can be procured at the NMPP office at Rm. 209 of Cabrera 2 Building, 64 Timog Avenue, Q.C.
Applicants must be guided by the following qualifications and policies regarding the housing project:
–NMPP members who are 18 to 50 years old can file with or without co-maker but those above 50 years old must have a co-maker.
–Only NMPP members who have been members for two years are qualified.
–Only members who do not own any residence can file.
–Only members with no ongoing or previous application for any government housing programs can file.
–Members must have no criminal record or ongoing criminal or drug-related case. An NBI clearance will be required for submission.
–Members who have the capacity to pay and good moral character will be given priority.
–The NMPP will have the first option for re-selling rights.
–Co-makers must also be NMPP member/members.
–NMPP will have the right to give notice of eviction on three consecutive non-payment of monthly dues.
–Units must not undergo exterior alterations while still being paid for.
–Unit must not be converted into commercial purposes such as sari-sari stores, bars, spas, boarding houses etc.
The NMPP Housing Committee will exercise final approval of applications, abiding with all NHA rules and regulations.
